About the event
A workshop aimed to teach children the science behind why we worry. We will look at the way in which this can present itself in the body and then complete a creative activity using crystals to increase self-awareness and build confidence. Great for exam preperation, competition anxiety or any other types of worry.
This is a nurturing workshop with highly trained, experienced practitioners. Kelly and Jackie will help you take control of your thoughts and bring on the positive vibes!
